Jel: the turtle freeze (breaking class)
The turtle freeze is part of the foundation of breaking. In this beginner level class, Jel helps you to do your first turtle freeze.
We will work on your balance, positioning of the arms and legs and walk through different exercises to get both legs in the air during this freeze. At the end of the class you will learn how to do the turtle freeze on your other arm as well.
