This class consists of two parts:
Part 1 (10 minutes)
Powermoves are a key element of breaking, with influences from gymnastics and the Brazilian fight dance capoeira. Lorenzo will teach you the fundamentals of a basic powermove called âthe backspinâ, where you rotate on your upper back. Make sure youâve got enough space to move around when following this class.
Part 2 (6 minutes)
In part 2 of Lorenzoâs powermove guide, he will teach you three powermoves: the headswipe, the windmill, and the halo. Make sure youâve got enough space to move around when following this class.
