The role

We’re looking for a Creator Collaboration Intern to help us grow our community by building relationships with dance creators on TikTok and Instagram.

You’ll identify talented dancers and creators, reach out to them, and guide them from first message to collaboration with MyGrooveGuide.

This role is perfect for someone who understands hip hop culture, creator platforms, and community building. You’ll gain hands-on experience in marketing, partnerships, and creator relations inside a fast-growing startup.

What you’ll do

As our Creator Collaboration Intern, you will:

  • Identify rising and established dance creators on TikTok and Instagram
  • Research dancers across hip hop, popping, breaking, and house communities
  • Conduct outreach to potential collaborators on IG and TikTok
  • Manage conversations from first contact → partnership → activation
  • Track outreach and partnerships in our internal systems
  • Support creative collaboration ideas with creators
  • Help grow MyGrooveGuide’s presence within the global dance community

What you're all about

  • Passionate about hip hop dance and dance culture
  • You love being active on TikTok and Instagram and understand creator trends
  • Studying marketing, business, communications, or a related field (preferred)
  • Comfortable with outreach, networking, and relationship building
  • Organized and proactive mindset
  • Based in a European timezone (Netherlands preferred)
  • Available minimum 14 hours per week for 6 months

You're one step ahead if

  • You dance yourself or are active in the dance community
  • Have experience with creator outreach or partnerships
  • Are naturally good at spotting up-and-coming talent
