Learn two classic breaking freezes in one go with bboy Lee: the chair freeze and the inverted chair freeze. The class starts with a short wrist warm-up so your hands and arms are ready for the weight. Lee then shows you exactly where to place your elbow on your side, how to use the side of your head safely, and how to keep your neck active so you don’t collapse.

You’ll first practice the chair shape on your back, then build it up step by step: knees on the floor, both feet down, toe support, and finally the full chair freeze. From there, Lee teaches the inverted chair version and gives easier options if the full pose is still hard. At the end, you get “homework” to try both sides and switch between chair and inverted chair from your knees. This class is perfect if you want clean, solid freezes you can use in footwork, transitions, and combos.
